We are looking for an experienced Website Operations Manager to lead the growth and optimization of the client’s website portfolio – from editorial to event-focused platforms. This is a strategic, cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, SEO, and personalization.

Wymagania:


  • 4+ years of experience with Piano.io – configuration, gating, personalization, reporting.
  • 4+ years of SEO experience – strategy development, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with: WordPress, Piano.io, GA4, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools)
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and with external partners.
  • Demonstrated success in using a data-driven approach to grow digital audiences.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript


Obowiązki:


  • Oversee and maintain key websites (WordPress), including Client World, Client America, and the main editorial site.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies and continuously monitor performance.
  • Configure and optimize gating and personalization strategies using Piano.io, including reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align on content and digital strategy.
  • Partner with the external development agency to deliver continuous enhancements.
  • Use data to drive audience growth and user engagement across all platforms.
