Mid Product Designer
· Strengthening the UX by visual means appropriate to user needs and cognitive abilities
· Taking care of usability and visual coherence of our digital products
· Designing final UI views and assets for web and mobile solutions
· Researching, developing and executing design solutions for acquiring portals, e-commerce solutions and mobile applications
· Creating and presenting interaction design concepts (wireframes), prototypes and final designs
· Engaging directly with consumers through user research activities, designing concepts and prototypes to be tested, uncovering key unmet needs and rapid-prototype solutions to big problems. Translating those solutions to meet the needs of our merchant and financial institutions customers. Analyzing the results of usability testing and research and recommend winning design solutions
· Monitoring UX/UI trends and technology
· Ambition to design applications that can compete with Revolut, Stripe or Klarna
Requirements:
· Minimum 4/2 year of experience in Product Design
· Proficient in spoken and written English
· Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate ideas and propose solutions to stakeholders
· BA/BS degree of social sciences, interaction design, industrial design or similar
· Relevant user interface design experience proven by portfolio
· Superior knowledge and hands on working experience of user experience design process and user research
· Highly proficient using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a nice too have
· Skill in translating customer insights into ideas/concepts/products
· Hands on working experience with the use and expanding of the Design System
· Ability to deliver high quality design assets
