About the project:

As a Senior System Administrator – Network, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-scale networks, ensuring stability, performance, and security. You’ll act as a trusted IT advisor within your region and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes through efficient IT service delivery.

Must-have:

• Expert knowledge of Cisco networking and security systems
• Solid experience with VPN solutions (Cisco & PaloAlto – both client and backend)
• Hands-on experience with network architecture & topology (SD-WAN, WAN/LAN, Hub-Spoke)
• Proficiency in tools: PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark, Radius
• Strong skills in DHCP, DNS, Proxy (Z-Scaler), MPLS, site-to-site connections
• Management of large-scale infrastructure (min. 500+ devices)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure (~1000 network devices)
• Troubleshoot and resolve network configuration issues
• Administer both wired and wireless networks
• Support end-users, especially with VPN access and connectivity
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT services

Team & Setup:

• Remote team setup with colleagues across Europe
• Collaboration across vendors and business units
