AI Developer (m/f/d) for Customer Care Platform
Contribute to the next generation of AI-driven customer engagement by implementing advanced GenAI solutions for enterprise platforms.

Must-Have Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Several years of AI and Machine Learning development, ideally within Customer Care domains.
Strong proficiency in Python and NLP frameworks.
Hands-on expertise with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services).
Deep understanding of Azure cloud architectures and microservices.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
Strong analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements
English: B2 or higher
German: Advantageous
Main Tasks
Design, develop, and integrate advanced AI/ML solutions focusing on Generative AI (GenAI), large language models (LLMs), and multi-modal interfaces (chat, voice).
Architect and deliver real-time, customer-facing AI agents for automated support, marketing, and transactional workflows.
Build and maintain complex multi-model pipelines for inference, fine-tuning, chunking, and embedding-based retrieval (RAG) systems.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models in production using Kubernetes and Azure native services.
Integrate GenAI agents with company APIs, backend services, and partner systems through MCP for dynamic tool use and data enrichment.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and secure automation of AI workloads.
Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial LLMs, embedding methods, and vector databases.
Optimize prompt engineering and use orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, MCP) for complex task execution.
Develop robust model evaluation frameworks, A/B testing, and experiment tracking for iterative model improvement.
Design privacy-centric AI workflows compliant with GDPR, including PII scrubbing and user consent management.
Guide STT, TTS, and NLU/NLG integration into unified voice/chat solutions.
Mentor junior team members, set internal best practices, and contribute to the GenAI technical roadmap.
