ML Engineer (1 day a week in Krakow)

Join a global banking organisation investing heavily in next‑gen AI solutions for onboarding and KYC. You’ll work on building ML‑powered products used by millions of customers worldwide. This is a hands‑on role focused on developing production‑ready models for content extraction, document processing, and classification, using both traditional ML and Generative AI.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams, designing Python/ML/OCR components, iterating on features, and supporting the full lifecycle—from development to deployment and production. Strong experience with Document AI, open‑source models, Python, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace), and secure production delivery is essential. Experience with OCR, NLP, Azure, or PostgreSQL is a bonus.
