Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote, EU Timezone)

Otterly.ai is a newly founded, fast-moving startup created by experienced SaaS founders. We’re building the first AI search monitoring platform, helping marketing teams and brands optimize their visibility across generative AI search engines like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.AI.

To support the growth of our product, we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our small, hands-on team and take full ownership of the analytics dashboard - the core tool used daily by top-tier clients to track brand visibility across AI platforms.

In this role, you'll play a key part in prototyping new features, developing proof of concepts, and bringing them into production. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences and build a robust, scalable backend.

Responsibilities in details :

~70-80% FE/ ~20-30% BE the primary focus will be on frontend work that may shift with time and team growth.

Frontend (React / Next.js / Ant Design / TypeScript):

1. Develop and maintain user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
2. Build and maintain complex data visualizations, interactive charts, and data tables to present insights from large datasets.
3. Utilize Ant Design for consistent and responsive UI components.

Backend ( Node.js / TypeScript / AWS Lambda / SQS / DynamoDB):

1. Design and implement serverless applications using Node.js (TypeScript) on AWS Lambda.
2. Manage message queues with AWS SQS and data storage with DynamoDB.
3. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.

DevOps & CI/CD (GitHub Actions / AWS CDK / CloudFormation):

1. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
2. Define and deploy infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and CDK.
3. Monitor application performance and implement improvements.

Collaboration:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
2. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
3. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the development process.
4. We are an international, fully remote startup, so your English should be at least at a C1 level, and you should be familiar with how remote work looks in a distributed team :)
