Our client is a long-standing leader in the SaaS industry, known for delivering advanced software solutions for the insurance sector. With 20+ years on the market, they provide a robust ecosystem covering core insurance operations—policies, claims, reinsurance, and payments.

The company is now undergoing a significant technological transformation. They are building a new Competence Center in Warsaw and moving toward a Cloud Native, multi-tenant architecture. This strategic shift aims to modernize infrastructure, enhance scalability, and support the next generation of their product suite.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ / RCA Specialist to join the Enterprise Applications team. Your focus will be on optimizing the quote-to-cash and revenue recognition processes across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RightRev.

The role is configuration-first, but with room for Apex and declarative development where needed. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure the platform is scalable, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute all configuration and development work across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RightRev.

• Configure product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, approvals, contracts, and revenue recognition logic.

• Extend platform functionality using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and other declarative/custom tools when configuration alone is insufficient.

• Troubleshoot issues, manage UAT, prepare and maintain documentation, and support end-user adoption.

• Oversee deployments, version control, and change management for CPQ/RCA/RightRev environments.

• Act as the subject matter expert, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to translate business needs into scalable configurations or development enhancements.

  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or RCA.

• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue recognition workflows.

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist required.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus, or equivalent experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and Flow.

• Knowledge of ASC 606 accounting principles is an advantage.

• Experience with ERP/billing integrations (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and middleware tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi is a plus.
