AI Engineer – PaaS Customer Delivery

📍 Hybrid in Warsaw (3 days/week onsite required) | 💼 Full-time | B2B contract up to $6,000/month

Our client is a US-based technology company headquartered in New York City, delivering digital solutions and consulting services that transform businesses and drive measurable value. With offices in multiple countries, the company is now investing in a new engineering centre in Warsaw, recognizing the strong talent and culture of Polish software professionals.

We are now hiring an AI Engineer to join the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Customer Delivery team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to enterprise clients, while helping to build reusable machine learning infrastructure for scalable deployments. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys applied machine learning, working closely with stakeholders, and turning AI into real, working products.

This is a hybrid position — you will be expected to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and deploy ML models for specific client use cases using platform APIs

• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from experimentation to production

• Collaborate with customer teams to scope and translate real-world needs into ML problems

• Package models into services or microservices for seamless integration with platform components

• Optimize data processing, feature engineering, and inference performance

• Contribute to internal tools for ML monitoring, retraining, and automation

• Communicate model logic and results clearly to both technical and business stakeholders

  
  

Key Requirements

Required

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science

• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Hands-on experience building and deploying models into production

• Familiarity with ML lifecycle practices: testing, monitoring, version control

• Solid understanding of data processing and model optimization

• Ability to work in cross-functional, delivery-driven teams

Preferred

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and REST API integration

• Background in NLP, forecasting, or recommendation systems

• Experience in client-facing or implementation-focused environments
