Things you will be doing…
As the Product Designer, you will become a part of our product team and take responsibility for the design and usability of the product, including:

Product design - working closely with founders and industry experts on business requirements and delivering the best user experience; you will guide products from concept through launch and seek to understand our clients' needs deeply to create solutions that solve complex problems in loyalty and gamification areas.

UI design - designing high-fidelity SaaS product interfaces, polishing details such as typography, layout and colours, copies, etc.

Preparing the visualisations of our product for sales and marketing purposes (motion design skills are nice to have).
You’ll be a perfect match if you are…
- A Product Designer with 3+ years of experience and passion for UI, ability to grasp complex product requirements and user needs;

Communicative: we want you to work closely with the whole team (Product Manager, another Product Designer, Founders, Developers, Testers, Loyalty Experts) as well as the clients to distil user insights and create a great product;

Fast learner: you don’t have to know every tool, however, you need to be willing to learn new things;
- Experienced in Figma and HotJar;
- Driven by fast-paced environments; have a go-getter attitude;

Fluent in English - both written and spoken;

Data-oriented; you seek answers in data. You conduct user research and testing to gather insights and feedback, using data to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
