Python Developer

Onely is an agency focused on guiding companies through AI transformation, mostly for worldwide enterprise clients. Our team is made up of the most passionate specialists in the world. 

For our sister company, a startup in stealth mode, we are looking to hire a Python Developer to help us build and maintain AI-powered solutions for our clients and the SaaS platform we’re building.

The demand for our product is growing, and we need your help in building it!

You are the person we’re looking for if:

• You are focused on building useful and valuable solutions for the end-users in the first place,
• You are capable of individually building services in Python while using some of the most popular frameworks and libraries, and applying good software development practices (such as Clean Code, SOLID, Domain Driven Design)
• You have previous experience in LLM-oriented concepts such as AI Agents, CrewAI, or Swarm (or you have worked with LLMs at scale in some other form)
• You already have some habits that help ensure the good quality and stability of software produced (for example, writing unit or integration tests, TDD, etc.).
• You take great ownership of your work on a daily basis - collecting ideas, organization, prioritization, execution and maintenance,
• Your command of English allows you to work with technical documentation and efficiently find and digest information on the Internet,
• You can implement scalable data processing pipelines using design patterns such as queue and worker,
• You are passionate about your work and hungry to learn new things every day,
• It will be an extra advantage if you have some DevOps knowledge, especially in CI/CD

Your daily tasks will consist of:

• Building the backend of a really innovative platform
• Participate in product roadmap planning,
• Suggest the most optimal solutions to address challenges we encounter as a team,
• Monitoring if existing solutions are working properly,
• Cooperation with No-Code developers,
• Supporting the team in other day-to-day tasks

• A salary of 7600-11900 PLN net,
