Technical Subject Matter Expert (DORA) 

Location: Poznań/hybrid/remote

We are looking for an experienced Technical Subject Matter Experts to join the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) implementation program to join our team. In this role, you will support multiple legal entities across Europe in meeting regulatory requirements related to IT and cyber resilience. You will focus on technical guidance, assessment, and support in closing compliance gaps in line with the group-wide DORA implementation framework.

Daily Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Providing IT and IT Security advisory to local legal entities for one of our client

• Responding to technical questions related to DORA implementation

• Participating in Solution Panel sessions and proposing actionable solutions for centralized projects

• Analyzing local IT/IT-Sec solutions and preparing recommendations to close identified gaps

• Conducting remote and on-site workshops or meetings with local entities

• Supporting gap identification based on questionnaires and documentation

• Evaluating existing solutions to confirm whether they can support DORA compliance

• Mapping group-level solutions to DORA requirements

• Conducting initial verification of evidence, including cooperation with second-line-of-defense teams

• Supporting DORA Program projects with subject matter expertise, scope validation, and progress assessment

• Preparing comprehensive project and compliance documentation

• Deep understanding of DORA requirements, including required deliverables and controls

• Strong understanding of local IT security environments within complex organizations

• Familiarity with centrally managed IT and security solutions used in large enterprise environments

• Strong results-driven approach and ability to deliver within defined timelines

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent English (C1)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
