The Facility Team drives innovative electrical and low-current system projects in warehouse environments, offering a collaborative, expert-led space for growth and technical excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Systems Management

• Plan and oversee electrical and low-current system installations in warehouses.
• Define scope, timelines, budget, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and data networking.
• Ensure seamless automation integration and troubleshoot system issues.

Team & Resource Coordination

• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and approve contractor bids.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety codes, and industry regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and document project activities.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in electrical/low-current project management, ideally in warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and safety regulations.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, BMS is a plus.
• Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and electrical design tools.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, CEE, OSHA, or equivalent.
