Senior Project Manager with Scrum Master experience

This project involves coordinating and managing the IT part of business projects, specifically for a Data Mart project. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating IT resources, planning activities, tracking financials, managing dependencies, and assessing risks. Close collaboration with the Service Domain Tech Lead will be required to ensure the success of the project. 

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with Scrum Master experience in IT projects 
• Experience working with IT development projects (preferably Snowflake) 
• Experience with Agile methodology, sprints, and waterfall projects 
• Strong documentation skills 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Strong stakeholder management skills (including vendor management) 
• Highly organized and structured work approach 
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Experience working on database development projects 
• Experience with data mapping and data transformation 
• Understanding of different data models 
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies 
• Proficiency in Office 365, JIRA, Confluence 

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience in the financial sector 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage the IT part of business projects, specifically the Data Mart project

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and financials 
• Work closely with the Service Domain Tech Lead to ensure project success 
• Create and maintain project documentation 
• Manage stakeholders and vendors 
• Ensure structure and efficiency in project processes
