Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to take on a role that combines technical leadership, solution development, client engagement, and internal evangelism. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, building cutting-edge AI solutions, and driving awareness and adoption of AI both within the company and externally.

Role & Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/data-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

• Build production-ready models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch or others, and cloud platforms.

• Work with large language models (LLMs), chatbots, RAG systems, and generative AI tools.

  
  

2. Client Engagement & Sales Support

• Support business development by joining client calls, leading discovery workshops, and creating proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

• Help scope, estimate, and pitch AI opportunities, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions.

  
  

3. Evangelism & Internal Enablement

• Act as an AI ambassador, conducting internal training and sharing industry insights.

• Coach teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, sales, and marketing to boost AI literacy and innovation.

  
  

4. Strategy & Innovation

• Drive AI strategy within the company by testing new tools, automating internal processes, and influencing long-term direction.

• Identify opportunities for AI in existing projects and workflows.

Requirements

• Professional experience working as a Senior AI Engineer or in a similar role.

• Higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

• Proven end-to-end delivery: Demonstrated track record of taking AI/ML solutions all the way from initial requirements and data exploration through design, development, testing, CI/CD deployment, and post-launch monitoring/maintenance in a production environment.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience with Machine Learning, including model training or fine-tuning.

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch and others.

• Knowledge of Data Science and working with structured/unstructured data.

• Experience with LLMs, chatbots, and RAG systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience in working closely with sales or product teams to craft solutions.

• Very good level of Polish (at least C1) and English (B2+).

• Experience in facilitating workshops.
