Your responsibilities:
Creating technical documents including user guides, manuals, bulletins, publications, training manuals, process documentations, workflows, contextual help and special reports
Creates and maintains standards for document structure and presentation to guarantee uniformity across all materials
Ensures the accuracy and quality of all materials generated throughout the project/contract
Works closely with team members on the development of formats, graphics, and layout of publications; organizes and coordinates the preparation and drafting of materials for reproduction
Prepares high-level reports and briefings based on strategic and analytical reports;extracts and presents key insights to communicate essential information effectively
Suggests and applies process improvements and automation to documentation to boost productivity and ensure consistent quality
Manages document repository, manage versions and releases
Sets up and maintains tools to help create and manage technical documents
Delivers QA for software system interactions and messages addressed to end users.
Oversees and maintains the standard terminology used across the project
Our requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer and at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT sector
Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
English proficiency at minimum C1 level and Polish proficiency at minimum B2 level
Availability to work in Warsaw up to 5 days a month (mostly working remotely)
Experienced in writing technical documentation within the ICT domain, including requirements documents, project management documentation, user and system guides and contextual on-line help
Good knowledge of technical documentation standards and frameworks
Expertise in producing technical, user, and project-related documentation
Proficient in identifying documentation needs and an understanding of the project and its products
Skilled in using graphic design, authoring, and office automation software
Experienced in formulating document management policies
Expert in designing and delivering presentations and training sessions
Capable of recommending and configuring tools that support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, such as WIKIs, MOSS, and similar platforms
Experienced in understanding software development technologies and their limitations
Proficient in assimilating technical information
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experienced in interfacing, communicating, and translating information delivered by programmers
