Job description

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our client’s team building an AI-powered platform for TV production — from script to screen.

In this role, you’ll work on the core tools used by producers and writers, including script editing, storyboarding, and video timeline workflows, while helping integrate AI capabilities such as script generation, media creation, and voice synthesis.

You’ll contribute across the full stack — from interactive frontend components to backend APIs, data models, and cloud infrastructure.

If you enjoy building complex, interactive products and want to work at the intersection of AI, media, and modern web technologies, this role offers the opportunity to make meaningful product impact.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building an AI-powered production platform for creating TV shows, working across the full stack to develop the creative tools used daily by producers and writers

  • Develop and deliver production-grade web applications using React, Next.js (App Router), and MongoDB/Mongoose, contributing to both frontend UIs and backend API routes

  • Build and maintain rich, interactive editors — including a script editor, storyboard canvas, and video timeline editor — that form the creative core of the platform

  • Integrate and orchestrate AI services (OpenAI, xAI/Grok, ElevenLabs) to power features such as script generation, image/video generation, and text-to-speech, using our custom GenAI pipeline

  • Work with WebCodecs, mp4-muxer, and client-side video/audio processing to enable in-browser media encoding and export capabilities

  • Implement and maintain AWS integrations (S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudFront) for media storage, serverless workflows, and content delivery

  • Collaborate with the team on real-time features using WebSockets, ensuring a responsive and collaborative editing experience

  • Contribute across the entire product lifecycle — from data modeling and API design to polished UI components and production deployment

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with strong frontend expertise

  • Strong proficiency in React and Next.js (App Router)

  • Experience with state management solutions such as Zustand or React Context, and modern styling approaches including Tailwind CSS and Radix UI / shadcn-style component libraries

  • Solid backend experience with Node.js, building REST APIs within the Next.js API routes paradigm

  • Practical experience working with MongoDB (Mongoose) and designing schemas/data models for document databases

  • Experience working with AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, SQS, and CloudFront (or equivalent services on Azure)

  • Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI), including streaming responses and tool-use patterns, into product features

  • Experience building complex interactive UI components such as rich text editors, drag-and-drop interfaces, canvas-based tools, or similar systems

  • Familiarity with JWT-based authentication flows and middleware patterns

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand creative workflows and translate them into intuitive technical solutions

Will be a plus

  • Experience with WebCodecs, mp4-muxer/mp4box, or client-side video/audio encoding and processing

  • Familiarity with text-to-speech APIs such as ElevenLabs or other voice synthesis technologies

  • Experience working with vector databases (Milvus) and semantic search or embeddings

  • Background in media production, entertainment technology, or creative tooling

  • Experience with Lexical (rich text framework) or other block-based editor architectures

  • Familiarity with WebSocket architectures for real-time collaborative features

  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices

What we offer

  • Medical insurance

  • Paid vacation and sick leaves

  • MultiSport card

  • Top equipment kit, co-workings

  • Hybrid set of works (Office location: Warsaw)
