Senior UI/UX Designer - mohi.to (Polish-speaking)

We are seeking candidates for our partner company, mohi.to, a member of the Netguru Group. Mohi.to excels in delivering cutting-edge e-commerce solutions by leveraging the Shopify platform and their extensive expertise in user experience (UX) design.

mohi.to is a over 50-person team of specialists in e-commerce, digital product design & development. On a daily basis, we help e-commerce brands, scale-ups and software houses create new digital products as well as develop existing ones.

We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team, who will help our clients take their e-commerce and digital products to a higher level. 🚀 

💚 Monthly salary ranges:

• B2B: 12,000 – 15,000 PLN net + VAT
• UoP: 10,000 – 12,500 PLN gross

💼 What you’ll be doing

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at mohi.to, you’ll:

• Lead or participate in Discovery Workshops with clients.
• Conduct UX and Accessibility audits to ensure usability for all.
• Design intuitive, delightful UIs – from lo-fi to pixel-perfect.
• Create clickable prototypes and mockups that turn insights into impact.
• Work with no-code tools like Webflow and Shopify Theme Editor.
• Validate ideas with data – because good design is never just guesswork.
• Craft on-brand, human interface copy.
• Shape the user experience through typography, illustration, and color.

• Figma (our design HQ).
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Webflow, Shopify Theme Editor.
• Miro, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace.
• Plus, we’re always exploring AI tools, automation, and new UX research tricks.

Requirements

✅ We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years of experience designing digital interfaces that just make sense.
• Speaks English and Polish at a B2 level or higher.
• Is fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, and excited to explore new tools.
• Designs flows and systems, not just individual screens.
• Thinks iteratively, tests ideas, and values user feedback.
• Can handle a project from kickoff to handoff, and thrives in team collaboration.
• Cares about details but also sees the big picture.
