Your responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain automated build processes and scripts for Node.js, Python, Java, Flutter, React, and Angular projects.
Develop and manage containerization workflows using Docker, including multi-stage builds, optimized images, and security best practices.
Architect and operate Kubernetes-based deployments across various cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and other relevant tooling.
Implement GitOps workflows using platforms such as ArgoCD or Flux, ensuring declarative infrastructure and automated delivery.
Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform or other HashiCorp tooling.
Automate deployments, environment provisioning, configuration management, and release processes.
Ensure observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting are implemented and continuously improved.
Work closely with development teams to shape CI/CD workflows, build standards, and deployment strategies.
Enhance system reliability, scalability, and security across all environments.
Maintain cloud-native environments and ensure best practices for cost management, performance, and resilience.
Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for deployment- and environment-related issues.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams regarding DevOps practices, deployment patterns, and cloud-native architecture.
Salary range:
Poland & EU: PLN 16,800 - 28,200 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off
Poland: PLN 14,000 - 23,500 (Contract of Employment).
Requirements
We want you on board if you have:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software engineering or system operations roles.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
Strong expertise with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployment models.
Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, CircleCI, or comparable tools.
Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration templating.
Deep understanding of GitOps principles and experience implementing GitOps workflows.
Solid experience automating builds and deployments for Node.js, Python, Java, React, Angular, and Flutter-based applications.
Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS); familiarity with OpenAI services is a plus.
Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, secrets management, and cloud security posture management.
Experience implementing monitoring/observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).
Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks.
Strong understanding of version control concepts, branching strategies, and release management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex, multi-service distributed systems.

Nice-to-haves:
Experience working in e-commerce, high-traffic systems, and/or microservices architectures.
Familiarity with HashiCorp tools beyond Terraform (e.g., Vault, Consul).
Experience working with hybrid multi-cloud environments.
Exposure to or interest in AI/ML products, including OpenAI-based tools or workflows.
Background in performance tuning, cost optimization, and scaling of containerized applications.
