  • Make trade-off decisions across competing priorities - new product bets, platform infrastructure, growth loops, and operational efficiency.

  • Present product strategy, progress, and impact to the CEO, leadership team, and board Product Execution.

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Own the product cycle cadence - sprint planning, cycle planning, quarterly reviews.

  • Work closely with engineering leadership to balance velocity, quality, and technical debt.

  • Define success metrics for every initiative and track benefits realisation post-launch.

Investor Experience & Platform

  • Own the end-to-end digital investor experience: onboarding, fund discovery, investment execution, portfolio management, and reporting.

  • Drive self-service product capabilities that reduce reliance on manual advisory and increase activation and retention.

  • Identify and build compounding product growth loops (referrals, engagement triggers, re-investment).

New Product Development

  • Evaluate and shape new product opportunities in areas such as liquidity solutions, yield products, portfolio intelligence, and AI-powered advisory.

  • Navigate regulatory and compliance considerations in partnership with legal, compliance, and operations - particularly around investment product distribution across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Manage external vendor and partner relationships that support new product capabilities Team Leadership.

  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, product designers, and product operations professionals.

  • Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and create an environment of accountability and growth.

Must Have

  • 8+ years in of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated digital platforms - understanding what it means to build products under regulatory constraints.

  • Experience managing and developing product teams (PMs, designers, and/or product ops).

  • Excellent stakeholder management - being able to work effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, compliance, and the C-suite.
