Our rate: up to 26EUR/h

Requirements

• Strong command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+).
• Expertise in designing complex user journeys, particularly in e-commerce, marketplaces, or fintech environments.
• Strong product design skills across both UI and UX.
• Proven ability to solve problems using data and research, including hypothesis development, solution design, and outcome measurement.
• Experience with prototyping, especially using tools like Figma, to build clarity and trust in financial flowstrust
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive impact through design decisions.
• Skilled in working with design systems, including contributing to and evolving them.
• Collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, researchers, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence product direction.

Nice-to-have: Familiarity with relevant frameworks and technologies used in complex product environments.
