(Senior) UI Designer based in Kuwait - Freelance

Currently, we are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join one of the projects for our client - on-site in Kuwait City.

Start date: ASAP

End date: 18.02.2026

Rate: up to 40€/h on B2B contract

Requirements

• Exceptional visual design skills, with a strong sense of typography, layout, color, and component hierarchy
• Proven ability to transform low-fidelity wireframes into visually compelling, high-fidelity designs
• Deep understanding of Design Systems – including:
• Building and scaling component libraries
• Maintaining consistency across products
• Contributing to system documentation and governance
• Ability to work independently, managing time, priorities, and handoffs without daily supervision
• Ability to collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive, user-centered designs
• Skilled in responsive design and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution
• Experience with design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Proficiency in advanced prototyping with tools like Protopie, Framer, or Play
• Understanding of design accessibility best practices (WCAG, contrast, keyboard navigation, etc.)
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Client goals:

• Main objective: Finalize the current project involving UX/UI, chatbot, AI, and content
• Aim to deliver a product worthy of Client’s reputation as a digital bank
• Goal to surpass competition and improve on their current app
