Summary of the project:

Review and Audit the Existing Portal:

• Client already has a basic, foundational version of their investor portal.

• The first task for the designer is to review this existing platform to understand what they have and identify areas for improvement.

• The client admits they are not strong in UX, so a key goal is to find ways to enhance and fix the current user experience.

Design the New Investor Portal:

• The main task is to create the designs for the full investor portal.

• This includes designs for two main parts:

• A client-facing section for the end-users.

• A back-office or admin panel.

• The designs must cater to different user categories, including both private individuals and institutional investors.

Audit Other Applications in their Ecosystem:

• The client has other applications and portals besides the main investor portal.

• They need an audit of these other products to create a roadmap for improvements across their entire ecosystem.

Potential Long-Term Role:

If the initial work is successful, the role is expected to expand. The designer may be tasked with actively supporting and providing guidance to the client's small in-house design team, as well as creating designs for their other applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in product design

• Experience in financial or corporate projects is a strong plus.

• Strong strategic and analytical mindset – ability to structure problems and design using a structured, component-based design approach.

• Proficiency in Figma and supporting design tools (e.g., Miro, Maze).

• Knowledge of methodologies such as Design Thinking, Product Design Sprint, UX Research.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and effectively communicate with business stakeholders.

• Experience in designing accessible and inclusive digital solutions.

• Capability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Nice to have: experience with design systems, understanding of digital banking and financial products.
