NAVBLUE an Airbus company, is seeking a visionary Asset Integration Manager to lead our Digital Alliance operations in Gdańsk. In this senior-level role you will be the primary architect of how our global partners integrate their technology into the Skywise platform. You will act as a technical coach and project leader, ensuring that predictive models for aircraft maintenance are built to the highest standards and delivered efficiently to airlines worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:
Technical Coaching & Leadership: Guide our partners (global aerospace leaders) in building digital models that predict aircraft subsystem failures. You will show them how to use our predictive framework to reduce airplane maintenance costs, increase safety and sustainability in the aviation domain.
Roadmap & Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the integration backlog, ensuring every technical task aligns with our broader business goals.
Quality Assurance & Certification: Lead models through the "Quality Gate" process, certifying them for production and ensuring they perform accurately against real-world faults.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Provide operational guidance to a multi-functional team of data science professionals and coordinate with global stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the evolution of our development processes to increase delivery speed and improve the quality of results for our customers.
Your Profile:
Aviation Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of aircraft systems and sensors. You know what parameters characterize a healthy aircraft and how to interpret diagnostic data.
The "Coach" Mentality: You have 3+ years of experience in project management or platform operations (ideally within Skywise, but we are open to upskilling the right candidate).
Partner-Facing Experience: You have a proven track record of working with external partners, suppliers, or customers on technical initiatives.
Strategic Thinker: You can balance the technical needs of precision vs. recall in data science while maintaining a focus on customer value and operational efficiency.
Global Collaborator: You are comfortable working in an international environment and are open to occasional domestic and international travel.
Project Management Competencies: Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and execute the delivery of a technical backlog. Solid experience with production deployment and quality assurance methodologies. Demonstrates excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
Travels: You are able to travel both domestically and internationally occasionally.
