System Analyst/Specialist

Job Opportunity: System Analyst/Specialist

Hi, at NATEK, we are currently looking for a System Analyst/Specialist to support a project in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, update, and review system documentation.
• Complete system assessment forms based on inputs from the system owner.
• Review and maintain system logs, such as risk logs.
• Ensure consistency and correctness of system documents prepared by others before approval by the system owner.
• Review draft outputs from Business Analysts for clarity and completeness before system owner approval.
• Coordinate input from the Saama system owner into selected improvement initiatives (e.g., access management updates).
• Analyze end-user feedback to generate insights for service improvements.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of English, written and verbal (min. B2 level).
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality system documentation and process improvements.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating various inputs.

It would be preferred if you have:

• Experience with the Saama system.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
