OT Cybersecurity Specialist

Join Natek Poland in the role of OT Cybersecurity Specialist. Your part will be instrumental in supporting the existing OT security program in factories.

Responsibilities:

• OT Security Enhancement & Expansion: Actively supporting and broadening existing OT security programs, to address growing demands and reduce backlogs.
• Risk Management & Collaboration: Working closely with both IT and OT stakeholders to identify, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities. You'll also assist in developing and implementing effective security strategies.
• Security Solution Deployment & Configuration: Installing and configuring crucial tools such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and NN Point Security to ensure comprehensive protection.
• Production Environment Optimization: Creating and deploying golden images for production environments, ensuring their security and consistency.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Analyzing data from advanced monitoring tools like Claroty (OT Continuous Threat Detection) and Qualys (VM) and providing monthly reports on deployment status and overall security posture.
• Improving Security Metrics: Collaborating closely with factory teams to continuously enhance OT security metrics and actively participating in remediation efforts and risk reduction initiatives within industrial environments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, including 2+ years focused on OT or industrial environments
• English on B2 level or higher
• Experience working effectively with operational and production teams
• Experience in executing similar cybersecurity initiatives, such as EDR deployments, network segmentation, golden image creation, and Windows system hardening
• Strong understanding of OT environments and differences to traditional IT infrastructures
• Familiarity with key cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO/IEC 27001
• Expertise in securing Windows operating systems, including embedded
• Working knowledge of essential cybersecurity tools, specifically Claroty, Qualys, BitLocker, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
