We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Human Bio Sample Data Hub team, as part of the Drug Development Data Platform within R&D IT Data Analytics & AI.

This team builds data products related to human bio samples to enable scientists to identify the right sample for research and to order the sample as part of an automated workflow.

Your responsibilities

• Analysing and profiling clinical data (SDTM & ADaM).

• Assessing data quality, identifying outliers and inconsistencies.

• Working with SQL/Python to explore and validate data.

• Understanding data models and collaborating with external vendors to verify data structures and quality.

• Closely cooperating with the Product Owner and contributing to data modeling efforts.

• Ensuring accurate integration of data from new laboratory sources.

  
  

Our requirements

• Knowledge of clinical data (SDTM / ADaM).

• Solid analytical mindset and data profiling/data quality expertise.

• SQL (Snowflake) and/or Python.

• Data modeling knowledge.

• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
