Backend Developer Node.js

At Natek we are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The position is fully remote. You'll be part of a skilled team with members from multiple countries, working in a stable and reliable industry.

Responsibility:

• Collaborate in the co-creation, development, maintenance, and optimization of our AWS serverless stack.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient and scalable serverless solutions using AWS services.
• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth system operations.
• Implement best practices for clean code, software design, and development to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring robust handling of high traffic and load demands.
• Stay updated on new AWS services and serverless trends, and advocate for innovative technologies where applicable.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years as a backend developer, with significant hands-on experience in serverless environments.
• AWS Expertise: Proficiency with the AWS Serverless Stack, including:

- Lambda

- DynamoDB

- SNS (Simple Notification Service)

- SQS (Simple Queue Service)

• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of serverless principles.
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid grasp of clean code practices and design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• English Proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with Terraform.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
• Certifications: AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect.
