Join NATEK as an Atlassian Administrator and support our team with Atlassian tool management and optimization, primarily for the DACH market. You will work remotely as part of team collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure the effective configuration and use of Atlassian tools in both cloud and

data center environments. 

Your responsibilities 

• Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) in both cloud and data center environments.
• Implement and maintain automations, ScriptRunner scripts, and manage Tempo plugins.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Atlassian solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Optimize workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially from DACH regions, to ensure seamless integration and system efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest Atlassian updates and best practices.
• Managing user permissions in line with team procedures.
• Implementing user-requested project changes in accordance with Atlassian best practices and internal team agreements.
• Designing and maintaining automation rules. 

Our requirements 

• Proven experience as an Atlassian Admin in both cloud and data center environments.
• Strong expertise in ScriptRunner, automation, and Tempo (both cloud and data center versions)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - English is the primary working language
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. 

You will be preferred if you have:

• Experience supporting organizations in the DACH region.
• Atlassian certifications are a plus.
