Project Manager (GenAI) (#1978)

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (GenAI) to join our team in Poland. 

Our customer is one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The company's diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.

Our project aims to harness the power of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) to streamline organizational processes, enhance productivity, and foster innovation within the workplace. By integrating GenAI capabilities, the organization seeks to automate routine tasks, improve decision-making, and facilitate more efficient communication and collaboration among employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional team on successful project(s) delivery 
• Carry out monitoring to track project parameters (scope, budget, schedule, and quality)
• Communicate daily with stakeholders to share project status and identified issues
• Perform risk management activities on a regular basis
• Helping team to manage the backlog according to roadmap and priorities
• Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements
• Plan, staff, lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
• Manage team’s performance, provide feedback and work on personal goals

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex software projects with international clients 
• Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting requirements according to the project plan and stakeholders needs
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies in practice
• Solid soft skills including business savviness, communication, and problem solving
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2)
