Lead Hardware Systems Engineer

📋 Key Responsibilities:

1. Focus on the delivery of consumer electronics products
2. Support component selection and system integration
3. Review solutions from contractors/ODMs and validate integration feasibility
4. Lead cross-functional discussions and ensure technical consistency across teams
5. Close collaboration with suppliers, vendors and internal engineering team to ensure the delivery of cost-efficient and reliable products
6. Conduct research and analyses of hardware components and solutions
7. Lead product validation testing, analyze and resolve hardware issues, with a focus on quality assurance

😎 Requirements:

1. Min 4 years experience with designing electronic devices
2. Systems thinking and the ability to break down complex device behavior into manageable requirements
3. Excellent documentation and communication skills
4. Electronic Engineering basic knowledge
5. Mechanical Engineering basic knowledge
6. Software / Firmware basic knowledge
7. Experience with team work, team management
8. Good English both spoken and written

1. Experience with electronic hardware certification processes and knowledge of certification standards and requirements
2. Jira/Confluence experience
