About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help bring the LiftPilot platform — and other cutting-edge projects — to the next level. This role is both strategic and hands-on.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the development of high-performance, headless web applications (starting with LiftPilot.ai).
• Building sleek frontend experiences with Next.js and React.
• Architecting and customizing backend systems with WordPress (headless, where appropriate).
• Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.
• Translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive builds.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product leads) to refine and ship features quickly.
• Continuously improving our development workflows and tech stack.

What You’ll Bring

✅ 4+ years of full stack development experience.

✅ Deep expertise in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

✅ Strong experience customizing and optimizing WordPress (Advanced Custom Fields, headless CMS structures).

✅ Solid understanding of Git, GraphQL, SASS, backend technologies, and CI/CD processes.

✅ Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.

✅ Fluent in English (written and spoken).

✅ Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS development, ABM technologies, or marketing automation platforms.
