🚀 Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Mozaiq, your role will be both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be responsible for architecting and implementing high-quality web solutions, with a focus on developing the frontend using Next.js & React and managing the backend through WordPress.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ digital experiences are visually compelling, technically robust, and aligned with their business objectives. Beyond coding, you’ll contribute to technical direction, review and mentor other developers, and help shape best practices that keep our projects scalable and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive web projects end-to-end, from technical planning and architecture decisions through implementation to deployment and maintenance.

• Lead the technical aspects of digital campaigns and online presence for an international marketing team.

• Build and architect scalable headless web applications using React, and Next.js for the frontend and WordPress for the backend.

• Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, IT, and Marketing teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless project delivery.

• Implement sophisticated web interfaces based on Figma designs, while providing feedback on technical feasibility.

• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, working directly with stakeholders.

• Modify and customize WordPress CMS according to project requirements.

• Ensure web implementations follow modern standards including RWD, and SEO best practices.

• Utilize GraphQL, and REST API for integration with the backend.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that bring value to the team.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects..

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, drive initiatives forward, and take ownership of outcomes

• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Solid backend development experience with API development.

• Strong experience with WordPress (particularly headless implementations), including custom theme/plugin development and CMS architecture.

• Solid understanding of Git, SASS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with international teams.

• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to balance technical excellence with business pragmatism and delivery timelines.
