Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Lead with strong expertise in enterprise networking, RF technologies, SD-WAN/SD-Branch, and advanced troubleshooting operations. The candidate will lead technical operations, support escalation handling, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence across networking and wireless environments.

Job Description – Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical troubleshooting and escalation handling.

• Support L1/L2 engineering teams during critical incidents.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.

• Support lab replication and bug identification activities.

• Create technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.

• Technical Guidance through backlog reviews 

• Team Leadership: Mentoring, conducting one-on-ones, delegating tasks based on strengths, and fostering a culture of accountability

• Client Management: managing expectations and building trust through transparency

• Process Improvement

Core Technical Requirements

RF & Wireless Knowledge

• Strong understanding of RF propagation and interference analysis.

• Experience with wireless frequency behavior and channel optimization.

• Knowledge of SNR, RSSI, noise analysis, and roaming technologies.

• Wireless troubleshooting and high-density deployment experience.

Routing & SD-WAN Expertise

• Strong understanding of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.

• Knowledge of route redistribution, failover, and resiliency.

• Strong understanding of SD-WAN and SD-Branch architectures.

• Experience with Underlay and Overlay networks.

• Understanding of orchestration workflows and traffic steering.

Network Troubleshooting & Protocol Analysis

• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack.

• Knowledge of OSI Layer operations and packet flow analysis.

• Understanding of Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP, and VLAN headers.

• Strong Wireshark packet analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot routing convergence, latency, and packet loss.

Preferred Experience

• ISP operational experience.

• TAC support experience

• Experience working with enterprise customers.

• Exposure to Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, or enterprise wireless platforms.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP / CCIE

• Aruba Certifications

• CWNA / CWSP

• SD-WAN Certifications
