Release Train Engineer (RTE)

We’re looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer to join a growing international project in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to scale agile practices across teams and portfolios and can drive alignment between business strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with SAFe and Agile at scale

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Fluent English (C1) and willingness to travel to Riyadh 

• Flexibility to work on Sundays and local holidays (due to client time zone)

Nice to have:

• Background in financial services / banking

• Experience working with clients from the Middle East

Responsibilities

• Apply your expertise in SAFe, agile metrics, and technical coaching to support large-scale delivery

• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize the flow of work across Agile Release Trains

• Collect and analyze flow and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with Product Managers on PI Planning, ensuring vision, roadmap, and backlogs are in place

• Support feature estimation and scaling of work into epics and capabilities

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and smooth team collaboration

• Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum

• Promote a culture of feedback and learning through best practices and agile coaching

• Mentor team members and support their professional development

• Experience in financial services technology is a strong plus
