Regular ETL / Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Regular ETL / Power BI Developer to drive our Client’s effort to become more data-driven. 

Our client’s goal is to fill significant data gaps and create consistent, reliable and regulated data at the appropriate level in the Credit and Capital area. 

This transition will also enable our Client to gradually move out of current duplicated data flows for reporting, Basel and Common data warehouse, CDW, and over to the Target platform for reporting CDW, see Credit risk reporting transition to target platform.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in SQL and relational databases e.g. Oracle and/or similar 
• Strong experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft SQL IS (SSIS) or Azure Data Factory or Apache Airflow or other similar class
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Power BI and/or hands-on experience with other BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts.
• Strong communication skills in English

Optional 

• Familiarity with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake will be a strong advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms will be an advantage Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and visualize data to bring it to life for the user community
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Support in migrating reports from old DWH into Snowflake
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data flow from various sources to data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs
