Guidewire Developer / Tech Lead (BillingCenter or PolicyCenter) - 100% Remote

Join a large-scale international insurance project and become part of a highly skilled engineering team working on Guidewire solutions for a global insurance company.

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer or Tech Lead who will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Guidewire applications while supporting technical excellence across the team.

Wymagania

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Proven commercial experience with Guidewire BillingCenter/PolicyCenter (must-have)

• Strong Java development skills

• Experience with Guidewire integrations and configuration

• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration patterns

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

• Strong communication skills and fluent English

• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support other developers

Obowiązki

• Design, develop, and configure Guidewire solutions within BillingCenter or PolicyCenter

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices

• Integrate Guidewire applications with external systems and services

• Support CI/CD automation and DevOps initiatives

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and international development teams

• Participate in technical interviews and support team growth

• Occasionally travel for project workshops and business meetings (approximately once per quarter)
