Data Engineer with Snowflake (Mid)

Our client’s goal is to fill significant data gaps and create consistent, reliable and regulated data at the appropriate level in the Credit and Capital area. 

This transition will also enable our Client to gradually move out of current duplicated data flows for reporting, Basel and Common data warehouse, CDW, and over to the Target platform for reporting CDW, see Credit risk reporting transition to target platform.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse development and support
• Commercial and proven experience and knowledge of Snowflake
• Proficiency in ETL processing tools
• Strong command of SQL
• Knowledge of Data Modelling and BI reporting systems
• Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing Snowflake data warehouse solutions
• Loading and transforming data into Snowflake
• Collaborating with the data engineering team to design and develop ETL processes
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest Snowflake features and best practices
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and SQL optimization.
