Game Tech Lead (Manager)

We're looking for an experienced Game Tech Lead (Manager) who will manage people within scrum teams to implement new features and improve existing code for Family Island game. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on manager to lead engineering teams that are responsible for building complex, high-scale mobile games.

We work with the Defold engine, Lua scripting language and some C++.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects and other Tech Leads from our game teams;
• Hire and grow a team of Game Developers;
• Manage the entire production lifecycle of your domain;
• Implement with attention to quality and by using best practices;
• Take a major part in our strategic growth as the R&D team - technologies, processes and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Experience in people management for the last several years;
• Experience in at least one of the following languages: С++, Lua, C#, Java;
• Experience in optimizing applications;
• Experience in creating project architecture;
• Proficiency in English.
