Remote Mid FullStack Developer

Project description: Our B2B SaaS platform helps small and mid-sized companies - especially software houses - manage their daily operations in one place. It keeps track of clients and contracts, project details and team members, invoicing, employee records and salaries, contract changes, and vacation requests, making it easier to plan work, organize resources, and stay on top of everything.

Location: Kraków / Hybrid/ Remote from Poland

Team & Collaboration

• Rotating team depending on project needs

• Regular meetings: Daily Standups (12:30PM) and retrospectives - after release

• Communication: Chat, emails, and calls

• Working hours: usually 9:00–17:00 CET 

Your daily work will include:

• Develop and maintain backend functionality and integrate it with the frontend.

• Implement new features, optimize existing functionality, and fix bugs.

• Work with cloud infrastructure and support deployment processes.

• Work together with other developers to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python,

• Knowledge of Javascript and React 

• Fluent in spoken and written English,

• Ability to use Git or SVN version control system,

• Unit testing skills,

• AWS

Please note that the interview process is divided into four parts:

1. Technical phone screening (~30 minutes)

2. Technical interview (~2 hours)

3. Non-technical call with HR team (~30 minutes)

4. Optional: call with client for which you will be working
