Our business development team is growing so we need new talent on board!
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will cooperate closely with our Growth and Development teams in order to consult our clients on the best course of action. Does it sound like something you want to thrive in?
You will:
- Analyze business and functional requirements to transform them into technical specifications
- Cooperate with development teams to create first estimation, backlog and roadmap of a future project
- Prepare necessary documentation to start development process
- Get to know both - business and development - processes in fast growing software house/ team of experts delivering meaningful software for startups and businesses
Requirements
Ideally you:
- Have tech background and/or previous experience as a PM/QA/Dev/UX
- Are knowledgeable of highly iterative lean & Agile methodologies
- Know how to balance your workload by prioritizing and delegating tasks
- Are highly communicative and able to find common language with people of diverse background
- Have advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
- Have excellent English skills
Big +
- Knowledge of Design Thinking or Event Storming, user stories mapping and similar techniques
- Previous BA experience
- Technical degree (e.g engineering or math)
Salary:
4 500 - 7 000 PLN + VAT (B2B contract)
or 3 730 - 5 800 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP)
