About the Role
We’re looking for a Data & CRM Operations Specialist for our client SwiftPay who combines strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and a love for clean data and smart automation. In this cross-functional role, you'll be the operational and analytical backbone of our commercial teams — working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Controlling.
Your mission? Powering decision-making and operational efficiency by delivering high-quality data, insightful reports, and scalable automations. If you're experienced in SQL, comfortable with Power BI, and excited to partner with both sales and finance teams — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Own all CRM operations (Pipedrive): manage data integrity, segmentation, tagging, and reporting.
Design and build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Write and optimize SQL queries for advanced data analysis across sales, marketing, and controlling.
Partner with Sales and Controlling to monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion data.
Support lead sourcing, data enrichment, and validation (using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, AI tools).
Maintain and enhance sales & marketing automations across platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).
Act as a gatekeeper for clean, structured, and actionable data.
Document and improve internal processes related to data flow and reporting.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Data Operations or a similar analytical role.
Hands-on experience with SQL – writing custom queries and handling relational data.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI (or similar BI tools like Tableau, Looker).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and sales/marketing workflows.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
Proactive problem-solver with a process improvement mindset.
Comfortable communicating with both commercial and finance stakeholders.
Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, remote-first environments.
Nice to Have
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS, FinTech, or startup environment.
Familiarity with API-based data integrations and tools like Zapier or Make.
Prior work with AI-enhanced tools for data analysis or automation.
Exposure to financial or business controlling processes and reporting.
What We Offer
A high-impact role in a fast-growing FinTech startup.
Full remote flexibility and trust-based working culture.
Collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and ownership.
A manager who values hacking, iteration, and respectful debate and invests time and energy into your professional development.
