That is a Office-based Role in Gliwice: We are seeking a candidate who is available to work full-time from our Gliwice office. This position requires a dedicated presence on-site to facilitate team collaboration and engagement.

• Willingness to Learn: We will teach you everything else you need to know, but a bit of curiosity won’t hurt.
• Previous Commercial Experience in UX/UI Design: We are looking for candidates with proven commercial experience as a UX/UI designer, specifically using Figma. Applicants should be skilled in creating intuitive and effective user interfaces, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual design and user experience best practices.

🟪 Nice to Have (But We Won't Cry If You Don't):

• Personal projects in Figma: big plus (we love a good portfolio)
• Figma Courses: Sorry, 2h youtube crash course does not count 😞 but it’s good you tried your best 😊
• Prototyping/Animation Courses in Figma: it’s all about to make the button spin, right?
• Knowledge of Spline and 3D Web Design: flat design is so last year
