UX/UI Designer Junior/Mid

We are looking for a talented and motivated full-time Junior/Mid Level UX/UI Designer to join our company in Warsaw and help us create extraordinary products for our clients. You will be a part of Design Team responsible for designing our web and mobile applications' user experience and interface from concept to launch. You will also conduct user research, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and test your designs with real users. You will also develop and maintain design guidelines, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across all platforms. You will be a part of the product and strategy team that defines each product's vision, scope, and roadmap. To be successful in this role, you should have:

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications

🧩 Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and clickable prototypes in tools like Figma

🔍 Help conduct user research, usability tests, and gather feedback to improve designs

🤝 Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to bring ideas to life

📚 Maintain design documentation and contribute to our internal design system and best practices

What We’re Looking For

🖼️ A portfolio that shows your understanding of UX/UI principles and visual design

🛠️ Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

🌱 A willingness to learn about user-centered design, research methods, and usability testing

💡 Bonus if you have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript – but not required

🗣️ Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

🌍 Comfortable working in English

🎓 A degree (or current studies) in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field – we’re looking for someone with a technical mindset and an understanding of both digital and physical product design.
