Blockchain + Backend Fullstack Developera (Node.js + Web3)

We’re looking for a Blockchain & Backend Fullstack Developer (Node.js + Web3)to join our team at MindPal for an MVP project in the Metaverse space.You’ll help design and build backend systems that integrate blockchain transactions, virtual items, and interactive web environments — contributing to a cutting-edge demo combining AI, 3D, and blockchain technologies.

This role is perfect for a developer who enjoys end-to-end ownership, rapid prototyping, and working with modern Web3 stacks in an innovative environment.

🟪 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Node.js / TypeScript.

• Integrate Web3 technologies (ethers.js / viem) with blockchain wallets (e.g. MetaMask).

• Implement and test smart contracts for in-game transactions (Polygon testnet).

• Design and manage PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases.

• Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to integrate 3D scenes (React + Babylon.js) and chatbot features.

• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and clean architecture for MVP delivery.

🟪 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js / TypeScript).

• Practical experience with Web3 development and wallet integration.

• Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and software architecture.

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.

🟪 Nice to Have

• Experience with React or Babylon.js for 3D scene integration.

• Understanding of smart contract development (Solidity).

• Knowledge of AI / chatbot integrations.

• Interest in Metaverse, blockchain, or immersive web technologies.

• 💰 Rate: 10–16 K PLN B2B

• ⏱️ Duration: ~6 months (with long-term extension possible)
