(Junior) IT Administrator – HR Systems
Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd level support for interfaces, connection to SAP environments;
provide IT support for the continuous improvement and the operation of strategic applications (Workday, SAP);
monitoring and maintenance of global systems and troubleshooting;
customization and further development of operational reporting;
realization of data migrations, authorization and deletion concepts as well as coordination and documentation of IT test activities;
participation in Workday implementation and further integrations to third-party systems.
Requirements:
practical experience in the design, configuration and further development of IT systems;
good knowledge of systems integrations (know-how of HR or IAM integrations such as Omada are an advantage);
experience in working with ERPs (Knowledge of SAP HCM, Workday or other HRIS software is a plus);
very good level of English language;
good MS-Office skills;
good communication skills;
team player - able to work in cross cultural matrix team (part in Germany, part in Poland);
willingness to travel to Germany (twice per year for 2 days + one week during the onboarding);
flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
