- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Deep expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record in driving projects to successful completion, delivering results efficiently across diverse countries and markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, system design, and modern development practices, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Experienced in working with distributed teams, fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging in remote work environments.
