Regular Project Manager

what you'll do:

You'll work with clients and teams in an agile manner. Your goal will be to create the best value of the product, hand in hand with the stakeholders, by defining the concept, exploring the opportunities and risks, and defining the proper framework and toolbox for the product development process. You'll also be coordinating and supporting your teams, and you'll be a vital part of them.

who you are:

• you have at least 2 years of experience in project management, including min. 1 year in web or mobile product development
• you have worked in a software house or digital product environment
• you know frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and understand Agile principles in practice
• you’re fluent in spoken and written English (min. B2)
• you have excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• you can tailor your approach to the project’s context: people, goals, scale and complexity
• you have a strong ability to focus on a product's value by evaluating the scope, defining priorities and managing risks

what we'd like to see:

• professional Scrum, Kanban or other valuable certificates ;)
• practical experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar tools
• experience with diverse tech stacks
• experience in working for different industries
• interest in process improvements, team empowerment, and value-driven delivery
• a proactive approach and curiosity about both people and technology
