IT Manager

Responsibilities and tasks:

• In partnership with business leaders, align IT capabilities through continuous evaluation and improvement of the IT data structure, personnel and service partners, software, and hardware resulting in greater process efficiencies and reduced overall organisational costs.

• Support the customer-centric service mindset through suitable IT enablers , building a culture focused on supporting the business and enabling employees to work effectively, while also training and empowering end users to develop skills and knowledge in their applications.

• Direct and manage the IT implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Oversee IT operations, including but not limited to management of the ERP business applications, end user desktop/laptop computers and software, network communications equipment, data communications equipment and services, corporate phone communications equipment and software, systems security pro

• Prepare and monitor the IT-related expenses and capital expenditure plans.

• Help to define and to drive the Digital Transformation roadmap including Data and Analytics to meet the needs of the organisation

• Identify mid-term needs for state-of-the-art personnel and information systems, and set the right strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet the evolving application needs incl.

Professional and personal requirements:

• University Degree in the field of IT / Telecom / Mathematics

• Experience with planning, implementing, and upgrading systems and service integrations in a growth organisation, including ERP, CRM, PowerBI, EDI and WMS, with Epicor experience as a plus.

• Able to analyse business needs and connect them towards new IT / AI / App - trends to provide tangible solutions.

• Financial acumen: understands budget management, negotiation, and able to explain through main point communication

• Proven track record in team management would be a plus
