We're hiring: SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (PAYMENTS)

Medius Payments is a fast-growing, ambitious product with a roadmap spanning multiple geographies (UK, Benelux, Nordics, France, North America) and customer segments (Lower Mid-Market to Enterprise). We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Product Manager to own a key area of the product and partner integrations.

This role is deeply executional - you’ll not only shape strategy but also roll up your sleeves to deliver it: from refining features and collaborating with design, to triaging issues and writing product briefs.What You’ll Do:

• Drive the product roadmap: Turn strategy into action and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Translate complex needs into scalable features: Balance business, technical, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineering, design, support, sales, and external partners to deliver world-class solutions.

• Engage with customers: Understand needs and translate them into actionable product requirements – without committing to specific solutions prematurely.

• Partner integrations: Ensure smooth cooperation with payment partners for seamless functionality.

• Support go-to-market efforts: Provide product expertise, documentation, and training to drive adoption.

• Stay ahead of regulations: Monitor global updates and align execution to ensure compliance.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in Product Management (SaaS, ERP, fintech, ideally payments).

• Deep knowledge of B2B payment processes; Accounts Payable expertise is a plus.

• Excellent communicator – able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment across teams and product suites.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to turn regulations into actionable plans.

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
