Role Overview 

We’re looking for a Lead / Head of AI to define our AI vision and execute critical machine learning projects. This is a combined role: strategic leadership plus hands-on implementation. 

• Strategy: Set AI/data science vision, roadmap, and standards. Mentor and grow the team. Make high-level decisions on methodology, infrastructure, and priorities. 

• Execution: Lead model design, development, and deployment. Work with large, complex datasets to deliver actionable insights integrated into the product. 

Who We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI. 

• Deep expertise in ML, AI, and statistical modeling; hands-on proficiency with Python and modern ML frameworks is expected. 

• Experience balancing technical execution with strategic decisions. 

• Ability to communicate complex trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments. 

• Nice-to-Haves: ESG, sustainability, supply chain data experience, startup experience.
